walnut cranberry relish

Ingredients
whole cranberrieswalnutscrushed pineapplesugar nutmeg cinnamonmanderin oranges (optional)
Directions
in large kettle pour in whole cranberries with about 1/2 to 1 cup water, add sugar and cook until berries pop open and begin to split, add sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon and simmer for about 20 mins on low heat. Remove from heat and add crushed pineapple, and chopped walnuts. serve warm or cold
