Ingredients: *Extra Light Olive Oil, 8 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped & cooked in olive oil until tenderChicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 6 cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt, 1.5 Cup Carrots, cooked, 1.5 tbsp Celery, cooked, 1.5 cup, diced Whole Wheat Rotini pasta 3 cups cooked Cooked Chicken Breast Strips Italian Style, 15 oz Season to taste
Add Olive Oil to large pot with a 1 cup of chicken broth, onions, and uncooked celery and saute until tender. Add remaining broth, partially cooked carrots, stewed tomatoes, uncooked pasta and partially cooked chicken. Boil until chicken and pasta are cooked and soup is the right consistency.
