Ingredients
part 11/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup butter.5 cup molasses.5 teaspoon vanilla4 tablespoon egg11/4 cup flour.5 teaspoon baking soda pinch of salt.5 teaspoon cinnamon.25 teaspoon ginger part 21/4 cup butter4 table spoon egg1/4 sugar.5 teaspoon vanilla .1/4 lemon juicepinch of salt1 1/4 flour
Directions
part 1 in a small bowl place flour and spices ,baking soda mix with fingers, in a large mixing bowl place brown sugar and butter cream until fluffy add egg and molass blend then slowly add flour ithe spoon. on a sheet of parchment paper roll out to 1/4 in if you need add flour to the surface to pervent sticking. Part 2 in a small bowl put flour and salt , in a mixing bol place butter andsugar beat until fluffy add lemon ,egg and vanills blend then add flour with a spoon on a second sheet of paper roll out then carefully flip onto the gringer dough dus with flour to prevent sticking then roll to gether wrap in parchment paper and refrigerat 8 hours . unwrap and slice on parchemrnt line cookie sheet bake 18 20 min at 350
