Freezable Breakfast Burritos

1 cup chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)1 can whole Mushrooms - chopped4 slices Fresca Lean Turkey Bacon - chopped4 Eggs1/4 cup Milk, 1%16 Irresistables LifeSmart Whole Wheat Tortillas1/2 cup Blue Menu Light Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese
Spray cooking spray in skillet, cook green peppers and mushrooms until tender, adding chopped turkey bacon for last 5 minutes.
Beat eggs and milk, add to skillet and stir occasionally until egg is scrambled and cooked.
Spoon about 1.5 - 2 tablespoons of mixture onto tortilla shell. Sprinkle cheese onto mixture. Fold in sides and roll into burrito.
Wrap with wax paper and put into freezer bags.
To heat: put into microwave for about a minute (depends on your microwave) or until heated and cheese is melted.
Serving Size: makes 16 burritos
