1 1/4 cup lentils, cooked and drained1/4 cup carrot, grated2 slices Ezekiel Bread, toasted 1 stalk green onion, chopped1/3 cup feta cheese5 black olives2 cloves garlic, minced2 sprigs dill (optional)Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Place pre-cooked noodles in colander. Drain excess juice. Rinse if desired. Tear toasted bread into pieces. In food processor, add bread, olives, onions, carrot, garlic, dill and lentils and pulse for a few seconds to create patty mixture (or use one of the manual methods in tips section). Shape into four patties. Spray pan with olive oil spray and cook patties on medium heat, three minutes each side. Serve immediately or refrigerate or freeze for later. (can be frozen up to one month on wax paper in ziploc bag)
