Homemade sugar free low cholesterol pumpkin pie

Ingredients
1 deep dish 9" pie crust1 15 oz can pure pumpkin1 12 oz can evaporated milk3/4 C splenda2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp cinnamon3/4 C egg beaters
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crust. Put in oven on a baking sheet for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 for approx 45 minutes until butter knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
