Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove) Olive Oil, 3 tbsp Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Milk, 2%, 3.5 cup Flour, white, .25 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded
Sautee vegetables in oil. Add flour, cook for 1 minute. Add milk and cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add water to achieve desired thickness.
