Herb-Crusted Haddock with Garlic-Basil Sauce

1 1/2 lb - Haddock Fillets1/2 tsp - Salt1/2 tsp - Pepper4 - Small Garlic Cloves, minced & divided1/4 cup - Chopped fresh Basil, divided1/4 cup - Chopped fresh Italian Parsley, divided1 tsp - Grated Lemon Peel2 Tbsp - Margarine2 Tbsp - Lemon Juice
1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle fillets evenly with salt & pepper.
2. Combine 2 garlic cloves, 2 Tbsp Basil, 2 Tbsp Parsley, and lemon peel in a shallow bowl. Gently press both sides of fish fillets into garlic mixture. Coat fillets evenly with cooking spray.
3. Grill fillets, covered with grill lid, 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Arrange fillets on a serving platter. Cover and keep warm.
4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining garlic and cook 1 minute. Add lemon juice and remaining basil and parsley.
Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Spoon sauce over fish. Serve Immediately.
