Sesame Cabbage Stir-Fry w/ Tempeh

Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil1 package (8 oz) tempeh1 package (15 oz) cabbage/carrot slaw mix1.5 tbsp toasted sesame seeds1 tbsp Sriracha hot chile sauce (less or more to taste--spicy!)
Directions
Heat sesame oil in pan or wok. Chop tempeh into small cubes, cook in oil until browned. Add package of slaw mix, stir fry until heated but still a little crunchy. Toss with sesame seeds and sriracha sauce (add whatever amount you prefer to achieve the level of heat you like).

Eat!
