Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 350Roll out pie crust into a 9" pie plate (Pyrex etc.)Chop up onion and broccoli, cut ham into bitesize chunks. Combine. Place broccoli mixture into pie crust, pressing firmly into the bottom and sides so you dont have any open spots!Mix yogurt, eggbeaters and cheese until cheese is thoroughly coated.Pour egg mixture over broccoli mix in the pie plate, making sure to cover everything but not going over the sides of the dish because the egg mix will rise.Put in over for 45 mins. May require more time depending on oven. When a knife comes out clean from the middle, the pie is done!!!! Let cool on potholder and serve!!!!
