Hot Mustard Pork Stir Fry

1 Tsp olive oil1 pork chop without bone sliced thinly1 cup sliced cabbage1 cup frozen stir fry vegetable blend1 cup water1 Tbl peanut butter1 Tbl Chinese Hot Mustard paste1 Tbl soy sauce1 dried chili pod (optional)
In Large frying pan heat olive oil. Add sliced pork and brown on all sides. Add 1 cup of water, cabbage, and stir fry vegetables. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cabbage is cooked through. Add mustard, peanut butter, and soy sauce. Wisk into broth and stir to coat all ingredients.
If you like food extra hot add a dried chili pepper and remove before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
