Ingredients:Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 Italian tomatoBasil, 2 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tbspShrimp, cooked, 3 oz*Barefoot Chardonay - 4 oz, 1 serving
Heat skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil on medium heat. Chop onion and tomatoes and add to skillet. Add basil and garlic powder ten heat until tomatoes soften an form sauce. Add the Chardonnay then heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Last add shrimp and heat again until it bubbles. Then it is ready to serve.
