Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies (Low Carb)

Ingredients
4 egg whites1/2 cup almond meal/flour6 T Stevia2 tsp. vanilla extract4 T. mini chocolate morsels
Directions
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks. Slowly add stevia and vanilla. Fold in almond flour and chocolate chips.

Bake at 275 for 30 minutes on parchment paper and then turn off the oven for 30 minutes.
