8oz Almond Milk, unsweetened1/4c rolled oats1/2 medium banana1 apple, cooked1/2 tsp cinnamon, or to taste1 tsp Splenda or Brown Sugar Splenda
Warm the almond milk and apples together in the microwave until the apple is soft. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Instant breakfast!
