Ham & potato soup

Ingredients
*Potato peeled & cubed, 3.5 cupsOnions, raw, 1/3cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1/3 cup, dicedHam 3/4 cup, diced3 1/4 cups waterChicken Boullion - 2 tbspSalt, 1/2tspPepper, black, 1 tsp5 tbsp Butter, 5 tbsp Flour2 cups of milk.
Directions
Place first 4 ingred. in pot and bring to a boil, then cook 10-15 min over medium heat.
Add
Chicken Boullion, Salt, Pepper

In separate pot melt 5 tbsp Butter, stir in 5 tbsp
Flour, then add 2 cups of milk. Stir until thickened then add to larger pot. Heat through and serve.
