Ingredients
zucchini-1 medium chopped*Broccoli florets (half head)*Asda chopped tomatoes, 4 tbspYellow Peppers, 1/3 pepperOnions, raw, 1 medium choppedLow sodium Soy Sauce, 1.5 tbsp*Ground tumeric, 1 tbsp *Herbs - Dried - Italian 1 tbsp*1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder1/2 tbsp garlic powderVegetable Broth, 1 cupWater 1 cup
Directions
Put chopped ingredients into a pot, add stock (broth)
Boil for ten minutes
Add tomatoes and water
Simmer for ten mins
Blend, taste and add more seasoning to taste
