Orzo, Spinach, and Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Orzo Pasta, 1 cup Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano-No Salt Added, 14.5 oz Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed Garlic, 4 clove Onions, raw, 1 small
Directions
Cook Chicken until browned and cooked though.
Chop chicken into cubes.

Chop garlic and onion.

Heat large pot on stove on medium. Add olive oil and Garlic and onion.
Sweat the garlic and onion.
Add water and Chicken stock
Add Canned tomatoes and spinach
Add spices

Simmer on med for 15 mins and serve.
