2 Cups Bisquick Mix2/3 Cup Skim Milk2 Tablespoons + 2 Teaspoons of Splenda for Baking2 Tablespoons Applesauce2 Egg Whites1 Cup Frozen Blueberries (thawed and drained)
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place paper baking cups in each of 12 regular size muffin cups.
Stir all ingredients except blueberries just until moistened. Gentle stir in Blueberries. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
