White Mushrooms and Vegetables Soup

Ingredients
Carrots, raw, 450 grams (3 large)Celery Root, 150 gram(s) (1/4 large)Leeks, 100 grams (1, medium, white part)Red Potato, 350 grams (2 biggish)Mushrooms, fresh, 454 grams (2 x 1lb pack)Butter, unsalted, 50 grams *Broth, Herbox Chicken - Cube, 1 serving Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)any seasoning you like in soup - dill, marjoram, pepper, etc.
Directions
Wash, peel, slice all vegetables and mushrooms.
Cook vegetables in water with chicken broth for 25 min from the minute they start boiling. In the meantime fry mushrooms on butter. Mix fried mushrooms in the soup, add some herbs, pepper, etc.
