bulgar and lentil soup

*Bulgar, 0.25 cup (remove)Lentils, 0.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Tomato Sauce, 0.25 cup (remove)White Flour,by nancykareem, 2 tbsp (remove)*Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup, 1 serving (remove)Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Serving Size:1 cup serving
1)Rinse lentils and bulgur and put them in a pot with water, boil and then remove the white layer
2)Mince garlic and onion finely and add them to lentils and bulgur and reduce the heat to minimum for 20 minute or till the lentil and bulgar become very tender
3)in a skillet Put two tablespoons of olive oil over low heat and the flour and stir until the flour become golden,then add the tomato sauce and stir for a minute
4)then add the flour and tomato to the lentil the bulgar
and let it simmer for 5 minutes
5)add salt and pepper ,or any spices that you like
then its ready ,
you can add cilantro to the put or just garnish the plat with it and add the lemon juce
