Ingredients
Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 6 oz Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Wild Rice, 1 cup fresh chopped rosemary, 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream, 0.75 cup, fluid
Directions
sautee veggies in olive oil. Add chicken and rice. Cover with all but one cup of broth. Simmer until rice is to desired texture. In small pan, melt butter. Add flour and stir with a whisk. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until flour is a very light tan. Stir in the additional broth. Keep stirring and cook until thickened. Add cream. Cook until thickens. Add to big pot of soup. Serve!
