Homemade Pizza

Ingredients
Pizza dough:1 package instant yeast1 cup hot watersalt1 tbsp honey/sugar1/2 tbsp olive oil2 1/2 cups flour, plus more for kneadingToppings:1/4 cup marinara1 cup mozzarella1/2 red onion, sliced8 oz mushrooms1/4 sliced jalapenos1/2 package pepperoni
Directions
Preheat oven to 500.
Using your hands, a rolling pin, and enough flour to keep it form sticking, stretch the dough into two thin circles,10" to 12" in diameter. Spead each with a thin layer of marinara sauce, then divide the mozzarella, red onion, mushrooms, jalapenos, and pepperoni between the two.

Cook pizza on baking sheet. Pizza is done when the crust is golden and cheese is fully melted.
