Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean Ground Turkey1 can of cream of mushroom soup1 large onion2 cups of chopped broccoli12 ounce box of rotini noodles (whole wheat)14 oz of fat free sour cream
Directions
cook down onions, add meat and brown, add soup and broccoli, cook noodles seperately
combine sauce and noodles and add sour cream, heat to desired temperature
