Beanless Cream Cheese Chicken

Ingredients
3lb chicken breast20oz jar of salsa, medium8oz package of light cream cheese
Directions
Place chicken in crockpot and pour salsa over top. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Uncover and place the brick of cream cheese on top, cover and cook an additional 30 minutes. Stir and shred chicken with forks and serve over brown rice, spaghetti squash, or cauliflower.
