Ingredients
Lentils, 0.5 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
1)rinse the lentil then put it in a pot and cover it with water
till it boil then reduce the fire for 10 minutes or till the lentil go tender
2)drain the lentil in a large bowl ,add the shredded tomato, iceberg,onion ,red pepper ,green pepper
3)mix the lemon juice,olive oi ,salt and black pepper and add it to the lentil and stir .and present
