Healthy Pancakes

  • Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
3 egg whites1/4 cup flax seed, ground1 6 oz plain greek yogurt1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)1 packet sweetener(optional)water to desired thickness
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and spoon onto preheated, oiled griddle and cook.

Note: flax seed needs to be ground fine. Can you wheat germ in place of flax seed. Also, can use cottage cheese, ricotta or sour cream in place of greek yogurt.

Serving Size: Servse two -- four 5 inch pancakes
