Flavoured Protein powder, 5 scoops Peanut Butter with no Added Sugar (97% peanuts), 340 gramsDessicated Coconut, 50 gramsDehydrated Diced Pineapple, 50 gramsfew drops of pineapple extract 1/2 cup water
Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients with peanut butter until it resembles crumply dough
Slowly add water and form into a thick paste
Mould into a 4 x6.5cm (1.5cm thick) cookie cutter that you have first line with plastic wrap and seal them in
Refrigerate and enjoy before or after your workout!
