Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
36 ounces cranberries, fresh or frozen2 large Red Delicious apples2 large naval oranges2 cups sugar small amount orange zest from one orangeGrind ingredients together and drain juices. I use a sausage grinder, but you can use a food processor. Add sugar and stir. Chill and serve. Will keep in fridge for over a week. Can add nuts.I save the juices and add a little water, simmer on the stove adding some brown sugar to taste and chill.
