Ground beef, 400 grams *bulgar, dry, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Garlic, 3 cloves Egg, fresh, 1 medium Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp Cilantro, dried, 5 grams Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
1)rinse the bulgar and drain it very well.
2)add it with the other ingredient to the meat
3)form the meat on a skewer then place it on oven pan
and grill it in oven for 15 minutes or as prefer .
