Oat & Molasses Beer Bread

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats, dry2 tablespoons molasses1, 12-oz. beer (or any carbonated beverage)2.5 cups white flour4 teaspoons baking powder
Directions
In large bowl, mix oats, molasses and beer - set aside. Sift together flour & baking powder. Add dry to wet & mix thoroughly. Put dough into sprayed loaf pan and let rest 15 minutes before baking. Bake 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan to cooling rack.
