Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower

1/2 to 1 head cauliflowerBatter:Dash of Frank's Hot Sauce1/2 c. flour1/2 c. waterpinch of saltBuffalo sauce:1/2 c. Frank's Hot Sauce (or whatever kind you like)1/8 c. oil (I used olive oil as it was all I had on hand)pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix together batter ingredients in a small bowl. Break Cauliflower into bite size pieces and dip cauliflower in batter until coated evenly and then place on greased baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Once the cauliflower are done baking brush them with the hot sauce mixture and bake for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with more buffalo mix (to taste). Enjoy!
