stuffed jalepeno peppers

Ingredients
20 med to large fresh jalepeno peppers1 pouch of Hickory Smoked Tuna1 medium onion chopped fine1 1/2 cup of Montrey cheddar and Jack cheese grated
Directions
Cut ends off peppers, slice lenght wise
with a teaspoon scoop out seeds and discard.
Wash peppers and let drain of water
Take tuna and mix in onion and cheese.
Spoon into pepper halves and serve or may cover and chill and serve a few hours later.
Note: wear rubber gloves when handeling peppers or wash hands throughly.
