Garden Lasagna Toss

Ingredients
3/4 lb (375 g) lean ground beef1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped onion1 can (398 mL) diced tomatoes1 1/4 tsp (6 mL) dried oreganoDash red pepper flakes1/2 cup (125 mL) cottage cheese1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Mozzarella cheese1 pkg (500 g) Green Giant* Valley Selections* Cheddar Pasta and VegetablesChopped fresh oregano and shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Directions
In large nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain.
Stir tomatoes, oregano and pepper flakes into beef mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Gently stir in cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Meanwhile, cook Cheddar Pasta and Vegetables according to package directions.
Toss ground beef mixture and cooked Pasta and Vegetables together. Sprinkle with oregano and additional shredded mozzarella cheese, if desired.
