Hard Sauce - for Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 Cup butter3/4 Cup brown sugar - not packed3/4 Cup icing / Powder sugar1/3 Cup whipping cream1 - 2 teaspoon vanilla extract2 tsp brandy optional - not in calories
Directions
Cream butter, gradually add sugars, until well mixed.
Slowly add cream, vanilla - continue mixing until everything is well blended.

Place in 'serving dish' - if adding brandy, make well in centre and add brandy and let sit until brandy is all soaked up.

Keep chilled until ready to serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1-1/2 Cups =1,635 Calories or 24 TBSP = 68 per TBSP
