� 1 cup All purpose Unbleached Flour� 1/2 cup High fiber Flour� 1/2 cup oat flour� 1/3 cup coconut flour� 1/3 cup whey protein powder� 1 scoop Egg White protein powder� 3 teaspoons baking powder� 3/4 teaspoon salt� 1 cups Coconut Palm Sugar� 1/2 cups Date Sugar� 1/2 cup Coconut oil� 1/3 cup Raw Cacao powder
Preheat oven to 350F.
USE 9�13 inch cake pan ( greased) or Muffin pan
Add 1 1/3 cups water and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to 1 pre-mixed Cake Mix (Above recipe)
Mix and Bake
Bake 25-30 minutes for cake, 15-20 for cupcakes.
Serving Size: 1 - 9 x 13 cake or 12 - cupcakes
