Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup water1 1/2 cup Splenda granules (or 36 packets)1 cup cocoa powderdash salt1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Bring to a slow boil all ingredients, whisking until thick. Remove from heat. Serve hot or store in the fridge. I ended up with about 1 1/2 cups of syrup.
