Stevia Sweetened Flourless Chocolate Cake

7 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate squares1.75 sticks of butter, or 14 Tablespoons12 1gram packets NuStevia powder (sweeten to taste)5 large eggs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease an 8 or 9 inch spring-form pan (or line with greased parchment paper).
Brown the butter in a saucepan. (This adds a TON of flavor!)
When the butter is turning brown slowly add the chocolate. Be careful not to let it burn.
Add the sweetener.
Let cool in fridge for awhile. Once cool, add one egg at a time.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 8-9inch springform pan. 12 servings.
