Ingredients
1/2 c. chopped garlic10 cut up potatoes10 fillet of frozen cod fish1/4 c canola oilKosher salt
Directions
Cut up potatoes and boil until soft
bake cod fish in oven on 400 for45min, then cut in pieces
chopped 2 bulbs of garlic
heat canola oil with garlic on medium heat until garlic just starts to turn brown
mix all ingredients in a bowl and add salt or kosher salt to taste and serve hot.
