Chicken Quesadilla Casserole

Ingredients
8 flour tortillas, soft taco size1/4 cup vegetable oil2 cups shredded cooked chicken1 1/2 cups salsa2 cups shredded mozzarella, part skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortillas in half. Heat oil in skillet. Cook tortilla halves in hot oil until light golden brown; drain on paper towels. Lightly grease 9 X 13 casserole dish. Place 1/2 of the tortillas in the bottom. Top with cooked chicken, 3/4 cup salsa, and 1 cup of cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, salsa, and cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 9 pieces to serve.
