butternut aduki stew

Ingredients
2 14oz cans aduki beans, rinsed (says white, but sub)2 14oz cans butternut squash soup (approx 3cups)1 onions, chopped1/2 10oz box fresh baby spinach, rough chopped1 14oz can of corn, NOT drained1 batch brown rice made w/1c shortgrain brown rice1 tsp garahm masala (or more to taste)1 TBS real maple syrupoil for sauteing
Directions
in the bottom of a stock pot misted with oil, saute onions till tender, add all other ingredients except rice & spinach. simmer for 20 minutes, turn off burner, add spinach to hot soup, when it wilts, add rice -- or keep seperate and serve soup over instead.
