Venison Marsala

1 lb small venison steaks4 Tbsp butter1/2 c. corn starch 3/4 c. Marsala cooking wine3 lrg red potatoes, cubed2 c. Broth
Coat venison lightly in corn starch.
Fry in Butter 1 min each side (veni should sizzle when dropped in the butter).
Remove venison and add potatoes. lighly fry.
add marsala and broth. Bring to a boil and add meat back in.
The meat closer to the bootom of the skillet will have a better flavor.
Simmer until sauce is thick and meat is done (appx 20 min).
Serving Size: 1/4 0f dish.
