Sue's Pulled Beef

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Ketchup4 Tbsp Rice Vinegar1 cup Onion (diced)3 cloves Garlic (minced)1/4 cup WW flour1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper1-1.5 cup Low Sodium Beef Broth3 Tbsp Molasses2 Tbsp Tomato Paste2 oz Red Wine1 tsp Worchester Sauce2 lbs Round Steak/Roast
Directions
Blend flour and beef broth. Put all ingredients into slow-cooker and pour broth mixture over top. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours. Time can vary depending on cooker and thickness of meat.

When done, remove meat from broth and shred. You can remove some of the sauce and save for dipping sandwiches. Add shredded beef back to remaining sauce. Serve with whole grain crusty buns (not calculated) and serve.
