Apple Cole Slaw

Ingredients
8 c thinly sliced green cabbage4 c granny smith apples, unpeeled & chopped1 c carrots, coursely chopped1/3 c reduced calorie mayonnaise1-8 oz. carton plain low fat yogurt1 tbsp sugar2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp celery seeds1/2 tsp salt, optional1/4 tsp pepper, option
Directions
combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl, toss well and set aside. combine remaining ingredinets in a bowl, stir well and pour over the cabbage mixture tossing gently. cover and chill 1-2 hours.
