Disassembled Cottage Pie

Ingredients
750g Lean Minced Beef2 Medium carrots1 leek1 onion3 Celery sticks1 cup of frozen peas1 large courgette1/2 pint Instant gravy1 tsp worcestershire sauce1tsp tomato puree
Directions
Chop the onion and leek into small pieces and sweat in a pan on a low heat - no oil. When they become translucent add the mince and brown.
Pour off any fat which has come from your mince and pop into the slow cooker with all the chopped veggies.
Add gravy, tomato puree and worcestershire sauce.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for as long as you like.

Serving Size: makes 6-8 servings depending on how hungry you are!
