8 ounces Jimmy Dean sage breakfast sausage1/2 cup diced onion3/4 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup diced celery1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick1/4 teaspoon kosher salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper2 eggs1/2 cup Land O Lakes fat-free half and half1/2 cup water
1. Brown and crumble sausage in a skillet. Add onion, mushrooms and celery and cook until slightly softened. Drain.
2. Arrange cheese and sausage in bottom of a greased 9x9 pan.
3. In separate bowl, beat fat-free half and half, water eggs, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Pour mixture over cheese and sausage.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
