Spanish Omelet with Feta

2 eggs2 egg whites 1 roma tomato1/2 medium onion2 tbsp feta cheese1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
saute tomato and onion in olive oil
add egg mixture
cook until not liquidy on top
add feta cheese
fold over and cook until cheese is melted
