Ham Steak, 12 ozPC Egg Whites, 16 tbspPC Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded), 1.25 cupRed Mill Flax Seed, 2 tbspPC Frozen Chopped Spinach, 5ozSo Delicious Dairy Free Almondmilk, 8 ozPC Large Grade A Eggs, 6 servingOregano, ground, 2 tbspBasil, 2 tbspParsley, dried, 1 tbsp
Cook ham and spinach. Meanwhile, beat together eggs, egg whites, milk, 1 cup of cheese, flax seeds, oregano and basil. Once egg and spinach is cooked, cut ham, add with half of spinach to egg mixture. Pour into a greased baking dish (9x13") and spinkle w/ remaining cheese. Bake @ 400 for 30 mins.
