Kitchenaid Cinnamon Bread

1/2 Cup 2% Milk3 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons salt3 tablespoons butter2 teaspoons active dry yeast1 1/2 cup warm water (105-115 F)5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Place milk, sugar, salt, and butter in a small saucepan. Heat over low heat until butter melts and sugar disolves. Cool to lukewarm.
Disolve yeast in warm water in warmed mixing bowl (let sit about 10 minutes). Add lukewarm milk mixture and 4 1/2 cups flour. Attach bolw and dough hook to mixer. Turn to speed 2 and mix for about 1 minute.
Continue on speen 2, add remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time and mix until dough clings to hook and cleans side of bowl, about 2 minutes. Kneead on speed 2 about 2 minutes longer, or until dough is smooth and elastic. Dough will be slightly sticky to touch.
Plce dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide dough into two halves and roll out into 9x12 squares. Mix 1/2 cup of suger and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Spread ech square with 1 tablespoon of softened butter. Sprinkle with half of sugar mixture. Roll squares up and pich together sides and bottom of loaf. Put each loaf in a 8 1/2 x 4/12 loaf pan, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Bake 375 for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately and cool on a wire rack.
