Easy Olive Garden-like soup

Ingredients
2 cans Cream of Potato Soup (10.75 oz)3 soup cans of water (may add more later, if needed)4.5 cups Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien 4 - 5 links Mild Italian Sausage (nutritional info is for 5)2 cups Kale, torn into bite-sized piecesSeasonings to tase - I use garlic, red pepper, and black pepper
Directions
Combine Potato soup and water in a large pot. Add Potatoes O'Brien. Squeeze sausage out of the casing, pinching off bite-sized pieces and add to the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add seasonings to taste. Add Kale and continue cooking until the kale is wilted and the sausage is cooked through. Add additional water to desired consistency.
