Crustless Turkey Sausage Shroom and Zucchini Quiche

4 servings (12 Tbsp) of egg white substitute1 serving (0.25 Cup) of egg substitute272 grams (8 patties) of turkey breakfast sausage chopped1 small finely chopped zucchini0.5 cup finely chopped sweet onion40 grams of finely chopped fresh mushrooms0.5 cup of fat free shreaded cheddar cheese0.13 cup of skim milk1 Tbsp of olive oil or oil blendCooking spray (not counted in nutrition)8 sliced roma (plum) tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350
Saute veggies and mushrooms in oil until almost done
Add in sausage and heat through
Mix eggs, milk and cheese together then add in in meat and veggies
Spray pie plate with cooking spray and pour in mixture
Cook 15-25 minutes until egg is set, knife removes cleanly
Remove from oven and let carry over cooking finish about 5 minutes
Cut into quarters and serve with sliced tomatoes
